What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery is free, with no minimum.

 

What is your delivery area?

We deliver to all address in the following cities: Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Lake Forest Park.

 

Are you certified gluten-free?

No, we are not. However, all of our ingredients are gluten- free and, our kitchen and equipment is gluten-free.

 

Are your products safe for someone with Celiac's Disease?

Yes, because our kitchen and equipment is completely gluten-free, there is no risk of gluten contamination. Therefore our products are safe for people with Celiac's Disease or any other type of gluten sensitivity or intolerance. 

 

Do you use gluten-free oats?

Yes, our oats and oat flour are certified gluten-free ingredients. 

 

Are any of your products dairy-free?

At this moment, our dairy-free products are: English Muffins, Carrot Muffins, and our 'Raw Chocolate' and 'Energy Balls' lines.

 

Are any of your products paleo?

Our full 'Raw Chocolate' line is paleo, as well as our 'Energy Bites' line and our vegan cheesecakes. There is a 'Paleo' tab under our SHOP page to make finding these items easy.

 

Do your products contain corn?

At this time, we use cornstarch in our Blackberry Pie only. 

 

Can I place an order as a gift?

Absolutely. If you are placing an order as a gift and would like a personalized message in the order, please include this information in the block where you give us delivery instructions (on order page under 'Delivery Instructions'' section).

 

Do you source any of your ingredients locally?

We do our best to source local additives and fillings such as apples, berries, carrots and cranberries from local farms.
